Three secretaries. Pick one — it starts working.
Hire the right person, without the guesswork.
See who's visa-ready, trained and reliable before you interview. KOKO shows each candidate's verified Work Passport — hours they can work, training completed, past-employer endorsements, retention record — so you hire the right person faster, with less risk and less onboarding.

Will they communicate in English? Are their visa work-hours even okay?
Will they stay — or quit after two weeks and leave you hiring again?
And how many shifts of training before they're actually useful?
KOKO answers all three — before you ever interview.
Four steps. Then it keeps running.
Choose and build your form
Pick what you are posting — an Australia job, a global role, a home, a training course — then choose the questions you want applicants to answer.

Put the link where you already advertise
A Japanese paper, Gumtree, a Facebook group, Instagram, the shop window — keep advertising exactly where you do now, and point “apply here” at your KOKO link. It shows your photos and your words, in the reader's language.

Applications come in
Applicants write in their own language and it reaches your inbox in yours. KOKO reads and scores each one — but nothing is ever sent back without you writing it.
Translated inbox · You approve every reply
Manage, analyse, automate
Views, applications and hiring status for every link in one dashboard. Send a training course the same way, and track who finished it.

The moment someone applies, your welcome email is already in their inbox.
Write your greeting once and switch it on — every new applicant gets it instantly, in their language. Need to tell everyone about Saturday interviews? Write one broadcast and KOKO emails every applicant, each in their own language. No chat app to babysit: it's all email.
The best candidate rises to the top — before you even look.
Every application is read, scored, and ranked the moment it arrives. No more digging through a pile — your shortlist builds itself.
One QR code on your door. Applicants flow in by themselves.
Print it, stick it on the window, and every passerby with a phone becomes a potential hire. No job board fees, no middlemen.
Your entire training, in one link.
Courses, quizzes, progress and certificates live in a single link that sends itself the moment you hire — in the new staff member's language. No more training scattered across LINE. They walk in on day one already knowing your menu, your POS, your standards.
Your job page greets every applicant in their language.
Write the job once, in Japanese. A Korean student opens it in Korean, an Aussie in English — same page. And when they apply, the applicant's name, availability and fit score arrive in your inbox as one clean email, in your language.
Don't wait for applicants. Go find them.
Browse workers who chose to be found — availability, visa status and verified work history at a glance. One tap sends an invite; KOKO handles the contact.
Hand off the busywork of hiring.
Replying, screening, scheduling, chasing training — the hours that pile up every week. KOKO takes them, and leaves you the decisions.
The difference is immediate.
- Reply manually to every applicant
- Training is inconsistent, person-dependent
- Good candidates lost to slow response
- Hiring stops when you're busy
- Language barriers block global talent
- Every application in one inbox, wherever you advertised
- Applicants write in their language, you read yours
- KOKO reads and scores each one, so the strong ones surface
- You write the reply; KOKO delivers it in their language
- Write the training once, send the same link to every new hire
Before you ask.
Does anything get sent without me?+
No. Nothing reaches an applicant unless you send it. KOKO reads, scores and translates applications, and can draft a reply if you ask — but you edit it and you send it. Nothing goes out on its own.
Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. You start on the free plan, which needs no card — post as many links as you like and receive every application. A card is only needed if you later choose a paid plan.
How do I make a link?+
Four steps, a few minutes. Pick what you are posting (an Australia job, a global role, a home, a training course); fill in the basics — title, pay, location, photos; tick the questions you want applicants to answer; press publish and you get a link. Paste that link wherever you already advertise.
What languages are supported?+
The dashboard and job pages run in 4 languages (English, 日本語, 한국어, 中文). Applicants can reply in their own language and KOKO translates.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — change plans or cancel with one click. Your data stays exportable, and nothing is deleted when you pause.
Let your AI catch them. Set up takes minutes — then it never stops working.
