Refund Policy
Simple and honest. In short: cancel any time, no charge during the trial.
Free trial
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial and can cancel any time before it ends at no cost.
Subscriptions
You can cancel any time from Billing → Manage subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and it won't renew after that. We don't provide refunds for partial or unused periods.
One-time promotions
Job-promotion purchases (e.g. Promote 7/14 days, Featured listing) are non-refundable once the promotion period has started.
Billing errors
If you were charged in error or something looks wrong, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
